GradeStash is provided as a public beta. Features may change as we improve the product, and school support currently covers select Skyward districts.

You agree to use GradeStash only with accounts you are authorized to access, and in line with your school and district policies.

If you choose to save your school login, you authorize GradeStash to store it encrypted and enter it into your supported school sign-in screen when you request a reconnect. If you separately enable automatic reconnect, you also authorize background sign-in when your session cannot be restored while you use GradeStash. You can turn off automatic reconnect or remove this saved login in Settings at any time. Saving a login does not bypass school authentication requirements or guarantee that a session will stay active. Our Privacy Policy and Security page explain how this information is handled.

GradeStash displays information from your school systems. Grades and records from your district remain the official source if anything differs.

The service is provided as-is during beta. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect accuracy of synced data.

GradeStash may offer optional paid features, including GradeStash Max. Max is currently offered as an annual subscription billed at $6.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your account billing settings. If you cancel, Max remains available through the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling Max does not delete your GradeStash account or school data.
